We are looking for a Sales Manager in Paris.
Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Manager EMEA to join our team in Paris. You will be responsible for successfully acquiring new corporate clients by proactively overseeing the entire process from initial contact to contract signing to secure new deals and recurring revenues for iStaging.
Responsibilities
- Conducting ongoing market research in focus segments and territories assigned with the company.
- Prospecting and qualifying sales targets through BANT method.
- Autonomously managing sales through to closure, including product demonstration.
- Manage complex sales deals with different stakeholders including Product, Sales and Customer Success teams.
- Analyzing your performance with the goal of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Updating our CRM database with all relevant information.
- Maintain an accurate forecasting discipline and a regular sales stage pipeline management.
- Assure your prospects and leads have up-to-date knowledge of new products and features
- Represent iStaging with integrity and professionalism at all times.
- Lastly, you will play a key role in fostering and energizing the iStaging team.
Requirements and Skills
- 2+ years of relevant sales or business development experience in SaaS industry.
- Demonstrated knowledge in AR-VR technologies.
- Experienced in Retail (Luxury / FMCG) and/or Real Estate sectors much appreciated.
- Ability to be independent and proactive to organize and execute a sales plan and reach assigned goals.
- You are organized, methodical, and managing sales opportunities from creation to administrative closure does not intimidate you. You have a hunter's instinct and can adapt to a constantly changing environment.
- Pure digital minded, creative thinker and good sales ideation skills, with a "can-do" attitude.
- Demonstrate very good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment.
- Excellent client interfacing and customer-focused approach.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Ability to work in a multicultural and international environment.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A desire to learn and grow in the sales field.
